  • Forget USP – address each individual's "Unique Buying Proposition"
  • Sustainability – Many people singing your praises
  • Choose to be well paid by people who greatly value what you can do for them – and they WILL tell their friends.
  • Key Distinction: Focus on the buyer vs. Focus on what you are selling.
  • Strategy is about choosing what you will do AND what you will NOT do!
