Introduction
My coaching practice has evolved over the years - and continues to evolve as I grow as a person
and coach. My four coaching specialties are a reflection of my life experience and the talents I love to express.
Personal Brand Mastery Focus
Creating yourself as a "brand", or "Brand YOU" as my hero Tom Peters labels it,
is delicate and challenging work. It begins with discovering and articulating who YOU really are - your talents, natural gifts, values etc.. Moves through understanding what you want to do and who you
want to serve. And concludes with finding a way to express it all in the market place in return for cash.
The process is full of searching, inquiring, uncovering, strategizing and a lot of writing.

A-Perfect-Life Focus
Just a few years ago, when my mentor Thomas Leonard asked my
opinion of his idea for a program called "A Perfect Life", I couldn't even entertain the idea - too confronting, too ... impossible. Now, I teach the program!
The essence of "A Perfect Life" is clearly articulating what you truly desire - we call it the 25 elements of your perfect life - in a
way that brings you great joy.
(Easier said than done!) These elements include things (eg. a house by the water), experiences (eg. financial independence, a job I love), characteristics you want to express (eg. natural enthusiasm) Then revel in the process as the law of attraction goes to work for you and "on" you.

BIG-project Focus
Taking on a Big project can absolutely bring out the best and

Living the free-agent life is scary stuff - freedom
clearly has a severe price. There are so many questions to answer, so many decisions to make. I know because I've been a free-agent for over ten years.
Is there a market for your talents as a freelancer? What fee should you charge?
How will you find clients? Do you need a web site? What about benefits and taxes and accounting? Do you need a business plan? Should you work from home or rent an office? Will you get lonely? Where will you find camaraderie and community? Should you keep your job while you get it going?
